For the last 10 years, I have been helping clients navigate the often tricky and ever-changing conditions of personal health insurance. I do this by taking an active interest in my client’s needs and wants when it comes to health coverage.

Being a broker really allows me to find the best deals and insurance carriers for each client’s specific needs.

​I enjoy working in the community and can often be found holding free educational seminars on Medicare for seniors throughout Cincinnati and Dayton.

In addition to being a licensed health insurance agent for the past six years, Michele has a master’s degree in counseling and was a social worker/care coordinator helping families navigate multiple systems of care. She has a passion for supporting and advocating for clients to ensure they are getting the very best plan for their individual needs.

When she is not helping with daily operations, she is often in the community meeting with clients to facilitate plan reviews. Michele enjoys building relationships with her clients and feels personal meetings help create a bond and sense of loyalty that is difficult to find with agents these days.

Teri is a Kentucky resident who can often be found reaching out to members regarding their plans. She is especially active with our Medicare clients and loves to interact with and even spend her lunchtime with current members. She is always quick to jump on a call and help a member with prescription reviews and even help find in-network doctors and specialists if the need arises.
